Grain export 2023/24: export shipment 8% down YoY by April 1

Staple grains export shipment from Ukraine since the start of the 2023/24(1 July 2023-30 June 2024) season has come to 34.86 mln t. As reported by the Agrarian Ministry, commodities shipment as of April 1 dropped by 3.18 mln t, 8% down YoY.
Ukraine's grain export at the reporting date by crops (thou. t):

In its March report, USDA projects wheat export from Ukraine at 16 mln t in the 2023/24 season (2022/23 est.: 17.12 mln t). Corn shipment is forecast to rise to 24.5 mln t (2022/23 est.: 27.12 mln t).
Exports of wheat flour decreased by 32.6% to 75.1 thou. tons.
