Processors in Ukraine cut soybean prices, while crushing remains high for June

Soybean prices on Ukraine’s domestic market are declining. Demand prices from processors have dropped by an average of UAH 100–300 per ton. At the same time, soybean processing rates remain high for this point in the season, according to APK-Inform.

On the export market, several companies maintained active trading and shipments amid strong demand from Turkey and Egypt.

Offer prices for Ukrainian soybeans on a CIF Egypt basis remained unchanged, reported at $427–428 per ton for June–July delivery.

According to the agency, soybean exports from Ukraine remain relatively high in June — nearly 190,000 tons were shipped in the first 19 days of the month, compared to 129,000 tons in the same period of May.
