KYIV MILL increased flour production last year and expanded exports to 34 countries

The milling segment of ALVIVA GROUP showed growth in 2025, with its key enterprise, KYIV MILL, increasing production output by 8%.

Over the year, the company processed more than 105 thousand tons of wheat and 14 thousand tons of rye. The total flour market in Ukraine is estimated at 1.1–1.3 million tons.

The company says the growth was driven by investments in production modernization. In recent years, equipment has been upgraded, and digital solutions for quality control have been implemented. An in-house laboratory allows products to be tested at all stages — from technical parameters to baking quality.

In the retail segment, flour sales under the KYIV MILL brand averaged 700 tons per month. In total, more than 2 million 2-kg packs were sold through retail chains.

In the B2B segment, the company sold over 83 thousand tons of flour. Of this volume, 66% was used internally within the group for the production of goods under the “Kyivkhlib” brand, another 30% was sold to partners, and 4% was exported.

ALVIVA GROUP also noted that in 2025 the company actively expanded its presence in foreign markets, with its export geography growing to 34 countries. More than UAH 360 million was invested in production modernization to improve product quality and strengthen its position both in Ukraine and abroad.
