ENSELCO exceeds planned wheat and rapeseed yields
ENSELCO, a cluster of Kernel, has completed the harvest of winter crops, achieving wheat and rapeseed yields above planned levels.
The company planted more than 30,000 hectares with winter crops this year. The average winter wheat yield reached 7.9 tons per hectare, while winter rapeseed yield stood at 4.1 tons per hectare.
The company said both figures exceeded its targets.
At the same time, ENSELCO stressed that the end of harvesting does not mean the end of work with the crop. The next stages include storage, transportation, shipment and exports.
“This year, this process is being complicated by logistical challenges and the constant impact of the war on routes and port infrastructure,” the company said.
ENSELCO has already started sowing winter crops for the 2027 harvest. The company will also harvest late-season crops and prepare the soil for the new season.
