Two Ukrainian agroholdings are included in the TOP-20 companies by the volumes of landbank

The rating of the largest agribusinesses in the world by the volume of the land bank includes 2 Ukrainian agroholdings.

This is stated by the coordinator of the Land Matrix project in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, Mikhail Amosov, in the interview with AgroPolit.com.

"Undoubtedly, the top-20 agribusinesses by the size of the land bank look impressive. For example, the top five agroholdings of the world controls about 31 million hectares! Ukrainian companies are quite competitive in this case. Agroholdings Kernel and UkrLandFarming are among the world's top twenty largest agribusinesses. And NCH Capital, which almost evenly distributed its land in Russia and Ukraine, is among the top ten with 800 thousand hectares," he said.

Note: foreign capital controls 2.4 million hectares of agricultural land in Ukraine.
