NN OFE Fund reduced its stake in Kernel to 4.89%

On October 18th 2017, NN OFE notified Kernel that it had disposed 132,317 shares of the company in transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, settled on October 12th, 2017 and decreased its holding in the company’s shares below 5% of the total number of votes on the General Meeting of Shareholders.

This is reported by the company's press service. 

As of 12th October 2017, NN OFE holds 4,005,455 shares in the Company representing 4.89% of the share capital and entitling to 4,005,455 votes at the company’s General Meeting of Shareholder, equal to 4.89% of the total number of votes.

Before the disposal, NN OFE held 4,137,772 shares in the company, representing 5.05% of the share capital of the company.

Now Kernel has 2 shareholders who own more than 5% of shares: Namsen LTD (38.13%) and TFI PZU SA (9.95%).

Reference: the number of Kernel's registered shares amounts to 81.94 million.
