Avangard to restructure October interest payment

Avangard intends to restructure interest payment on Eurobonds for US$ 200 million, which is due on October 30, 2017.

The press service of the company informs that Avangard and UkrLandFarming, and their advisors, continue to be engaged in discussions with various creditor groups. As part of these discussions, they have begun working with an ad hoc committee of bondholders and its advisors.
