Ukraine in January-October exported 63 thousand tons of sunflower

Ukraine in January-October 2017 exported 62.98 thousand tons of sunflower seeds amounting to USD 25.98 million.
In October 2017, the export of sunflower is equivalent to 3.63 thousand tons, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine informs.
The main importers of Ukrainian sunflower in the reporting period are Turkey (USD 6.33 million), Germany (USD 3.46 million) and Italy (USD 2.57 million).
Exports to these countries make up 15.33 thousand tons, 8.4 thousand tons and 6.23 thousand tons of sunflower, respectively.
It was reported before that world production of sunflower in MY 2017/18 will be reduced by 1.2 million tons.
