The company directly controlled by Andrey Verevskiy increased its stake in Kernel to 39,1%

Namsen Limited, a legal entity directly controlled by Andrey Verevskiy, a chairman of the Board of Directors of Kernel, increased its stake in the company to 39.1%.

As it is reported by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Namsen Limited acquired during 29 November - 1 December 2017 a total of 587,175 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 47.70 PLN per share (USD 13,46).

As of 01 December 2017, Namsen Limited holds 32.041,970 shares in the Company representing 39.10% of the share capital and entitling to 32.041,970 votes at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders, equal to 39.10% of the total number of votes.

Before the acquisition, Namsen Limited held 31.454,795 shares, representing 38.39% of the share capital of the company.

Reference: Cascade Investment Fund owned by the Member of Parliament of Ukraine Vitaliy Khomutynnik increased its stake in Kernel to 6.59%.
