Agromino's shareholder reduced its stake in the company

Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension, which is fully owned by the parent company Avanza Bank Holding AB (publ), reduced its share in Agromino.

Now the company holds less than 5% of the total share capital and of the total voting rights of Agromino A/S.

As at September 30, 2017, Agromino had approximately 1,949 shareholders. The total number of issued shares 17,421,313 also includes 42 treasury shares.

Note: Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension as at September 30, 2017, held 9.4% of the total share capital of Agromino.
