Astarta escalated milk production to 110k tons

In 2017, agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv enhanced milk production 2.5% to 110 thousand tons.

The average milk yield grew 4% to 7.2 tons per cow, the company informs.

"Productivity of cows at several farms in Poltava region where the company launched the project of feed center for сattle increased by over 9%," the report says.

Prior it was reported that in 2017 export of Ukrainian milk totaled 14.06 thousand tons for the amount of USD 9.73 million.
