Alexander Gerega applied to the AMCU for the acquisition of Vioil Holdings Ltd. share

The company Renvior Trading Ltd., which belongs to the MP of Ukraine and the owner of Epicentr Alexander Gerega, applied to the Antimonopoly Committee (AMCU) for the acquisition of a stake in Vioil Holdings Ltd. — not less than 25% in the authorized capital of the company.
Furthermore, Renvior Trading together with Ercos Global Ltd. (British Virgin Islands) ask the AMCU for permission to obtain general control over Vioil Holdings Ltd.
Reference: the land bank of agro-enterprises controlled by the MP Alexander Gerega almost reaches 120 thousand hectares.
