AMCU authorized the purchase of 2 agrocompanies by Vitagro

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized Zarya Agroholding to buy 2 agro-enterprises.
The authorization was granted to Zarya Agroholding (Zarya village, Rivne district, Rivne region) to acquire a stake in the authorized capital of Agrofirms Tripolye (Zarechnoye village, Dubensky district, Rivne region) and Radivilov Agro (Mihaylovka village, Radivilov district, Rivne region), which ensures the excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme mangement body.
According to the analytical system YouControl, Zarya Agroholding is part of the Vitagro group of companies, and Agrofirm Tripolye and Radivilov Agro — Pan Kurchak.
