Kusto Agro Farming to invest USD 800 thou. in agricultural machinery
The company Kusto Agro Farming plans to invest USD 800 thou. in agricultural machinery in 2018, the company informed.
According to the director of the company Vladimir Siruy, Amazone ZG-B 8200 spreader has already been purchased. In addition to this unit a number of new ones are still expected.
The company plans to purchase the following machinery and aggregates:
- two Case Tiger Mate cultivators;
- inter-row cultivator with simultaneous application of mineral fertilizers and automatic thrusting of the cultivator;
- two John Deere tractors;
- Kinze seeder with additional equipment (the total cost with all the connection works is about USD 200 thou.);
- trailers, sunflower headers.
The purchase of the entire machinery complex will be carried out until July 2018.
"Every year we modernize and expand our machinery fleet. The size of the enterprise is considerable, therefore we cannot completely renew all the equipment for one off-season. But we are gradually expanding," Vladimir Siruy said.
Reference: the structural subdivisions Koziatyn, Zhmerynka and Rososha of Kusto Agro group in 2017 accepted a record volume of grain crops, having introduced the process of packaging into polymeric bags.
