Ukraine may become one of the three key exporters of agroproducts — Trofimtseva

Ukraine may become one of the top three leaders of agro-export exceeding even Germany's export volumes.

"We are a new European and world superstate in the agrarian and food markets. Ukraine annually exports more than 40 million tons of grain. At such rates we will enter the TOP-3 of the countries leading the agroexport, pushing Germany," stresses Olga Trofimtseva, Ukrainian Agrarian Policy and Food Deputy Minister for European Integration.

She also notes that already 290 Ukrainian companies have the right to export livestock products to the EU market and stressed that the focus of attention of the Ministry is on climate-adjusted agriculture, organic products, diversification of sales markets, etc.
