Agrotrade enterprise credit rating affirmed at uaBBB+ grade

IBI-Rating affirmed the long-term credit ratings of SK-AGRO (a part of the Agrotrade Group) and its interest-bearing bonds of С series at uaBBB+ grade, with a «stable» outlook.

Interest-bearing bonds of the C Series (UAH 250 mln) with maturity in 2019 were issued to finance the seeding company and harvest, purchase of plant protection products, seeds, mineral fertilizers, fuels and lubricants, and parental forms of seed. The issue of bonds is secured by the guarantee of the Company of the Agrotrade Group — AGT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED (Cyprus).

Note: an obligor or a debt liability with uaBBB credit rating is characterized with the sufficient creditworthiness as compared to other Ukrainian obligors or debt liabilities. This level of creditworthiness is affected by adverse changes in commercial, financial and economic conditions.
