SDGs corporation's elevator opened in Kyiv region

Kivshovata, Kyiv region, September 5, 2018 — The grand opening of the elevator of the Kivshovata Agro of the Japanese corporation SDGs took place.

Elevatorist.com reports that the storage capacity of the new enterprise is 14 thou. tons. It is represented by 7 metal silos — Matal and Brok. Transportation equipment at the elevator was also installed of these two manufacturers, its capacity is 60 tons/hour.

The enterprise will not only store grain but also earn extra money — there is a Brok grain dryer with a capacity of 350 tons per day. Grain cleaning will be carried out using a separator KDC 4000 (Sweden), its production capacity is 40 tons/hour.

The representatives of Japanese investors and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ukraine participated in the event.

"The parent company SDGs was created in Japan. It will develop the Kivshovata Agro company. The best specialists of the company will also work to develop the region and improve the life of the village," said Mr. Kensuke Okoshi, the President of the SDGs corporation.

According to the Ambassador of Japan in Ukraine Sumi Shigeki, about UAH 40 million is planned to be invested in the development of the region.

The Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on European Integration Olga Trofimtseva stressed that Ukraine will do its best to create comfortable conditions for the investor's work.

Reference: the agricultural production company Agroton in June 2018 made a prepayment in the amount of USD 489 thou. for the acquisition of a storage facility from Kernel (Siversky elevator) with a capacity of 15 thou. tons for the total consideration of USD 630 thou.
