Aleksandr Petrov's company increases shareholding in IMC

A legal entity Agrovalley Limited, controlled by Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased its shareholding in the company to 71.75%.
On 23 October 2018, Agrovalley purchased a total of 35 000 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 12.65 PLN per share (USD 3.34), increasing its total shareholding to 23 805 937 shares following the transaction.
The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.
Previously it was reported that Aleksandr Petrov was listed in the rating of the TOP-100 wealthiest people of Ukraine, compiled by Novoye Vremya and the investment company Dragon Capital.
