Astarta-Kyiv bought 12 thou. of its shares

Between December 10, 2018, and December 12, 2018, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv bought its own shares in the quantity of 12 000.

The average price per share stood at PLN 26,85 (USD 7,1).

Note: the number of registered shares of Astarta-Kyiv is 25 million.

The shares are bought acting pursuant to the Resolution No. 8 adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 25 May 2018.
