Ukrainian flour shipments dropped by 114 thou. tons

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reports that Ukraine exported 137.7 thou. tons of flour by January 23, 2018.

This figure is 114.2 thou. tons less than it was exported in last year's comparative period.

Since the start of MY2018/19, wheat flour shipments amount to 136.9 thou. tons, whereas other types of flour — 0.8 thou. tons.

In MY2017/18, flour exports reached 413 thou. tons.

Previously it was reported that the Grain Alliance company had suspended work on the construction of a flour-milling complex.
