Ukrlandfarming compound feedstuff mill received HACCP certificate

Ukrlandfarming structural division Vesna 21 received HACCP certificate. According to the research results, the compound feedstuff mill produces high-quality and safe feed.

“We produce more than 200 thou. tons of feed per year and all of it is supplied to the Avangard poultry complex. When we applied for HACCP certification, we wanted to obtain a certificate that our feed was safe,” said Maxim Velichko, Director of Vesna 21.

The head of the Avangard PR department, Marianna Konina, said that receiving a HACCP certificate is a “green light” for increasing the export of eggs to the European Union.

Earlier it was reported that Vesna 21 invested UAH 2 million in new equipment for the feed factory.

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is an internationally recognized method of identifying and managing food safety related risk and, when central to an active food safety program, can provide your customers, the public, and regulatory agencies assurance that a food safety program is well managed.
