Epicenter K acquired a company in Khmelnytsky region

Aleksander and Galina Gerega, owners and ultimate beneficiary owners of Epicenter K, purchased the company Robimaks-Agro from the Deputy Head of the Agrarian Party of Ukraine Alim Mischuk. This was informed by Vasiliy Moroz, the head of the agrarian branch of Epicenter K, in the comment for Latifundist.com.

"Epicenter K agrarian companies continue operations with farmland management. Information about the acquisition of Robimaks-Agro corporate rights (Khmelnytsky region) is true," the company informed.

After the acquisition of this asset, the volume of Epicenter K farmland under management increased by 1.364 ha.

The company does not disclose the transaction amount.
