Kernel shareholder increased stake in the company

On 26th March 2019, Kernel received a notification of major holdings about crossing the 5% threshold of voting rights, the WSE reports.

"Kernel Holding S.A. received a notification of major holdings about crossing the 5% threshold of voting rights, pursuant to the provisions of articles 8 and 9 of the Law of 11 January 2008 on Transparency Requirements for Issuers of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg," the message says.

According to the company's ownership structureKairos International SICAV and Kairos Alpha SICAV increased their percentage of voting rights.

Number of shares issued: 81,941,230.

Earlier it was reported that Sky company owned by Andrey Verevskiy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kernel, had won the auction of Debtex Ukraine, having agreed to pay UAH 906 million for the assets of Delta Bank.
