Kernel initiated a new crushing plant construction in western Ukraine

The Kernel company initiated the construction of the Starokostiantyniv crushing plant. The designed capacity of the enterprise is 1 million ton per year.

“The first big steps have already been taken — the foundations and buildings of the former enterprise are dismantled. In the territory of the facility, a reconstruction of the administrative complex is in process, and storage facilities are ready for the reception of production equipment. By the way, the first major equipment, namely, Desolventizer and extraction unit are already delivered,” commented Yury Pugach, Production Assets Management Director at Kernel.

The company informs that the total amount of investment is USD 130 million.

Previously it was reported that in the coming years Kernel would invest USD 500 million in the implementation of four projects.
