Astarta-Kyiv paid EUR 4.6 million for grain storage in Khmelnytsky region

The agro-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv signed a preliminary agreement on the acquisition of modern grain storage in Khmelnytsky region.

The cost of the transaction is EUR 4.6 million (UAH 143 million). The company completed the acquisition of the elevator on March 20th, 2019.

"Upon the agreement implementation, the storage network of the Group will be represented by 7 modern silos in Poltava, Vinnytsya and Khmelnytsky regions," the company says in the statement.

As previously reported, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine authorized Astarta-Kyiv for the purchase of an elevator from the Ukrainian Resources company.
