Viktor Ivanchyk increased shareholding in Astarta-Kyiv to 36.3 pct

On 9th-11th April 2019, Albacon Ventures Limited, wholly owned by Viktor Ivanchyk, Chief Executive Officer of the agro-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv, acquired in total 16,513 shares of the company.
This brings the total shareholding of Albacon Ventures Limited from 9,063,970 shares prior to the acquisition, to 9,080,483 shares following the transaction, such shareholding, post transaction, being equivalent to 36.32% of total shares outstanding.
On July 19-21, 2017, Albacon Ventures Limited acquired on the open market 37.9 thousand shares of Astarta-Kyiv.
