Andrey Verevskiy company authorized for Mriya's grain storage acquisition

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized Financial Company FIDEM owned by Andrei Verevskiy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kernel, to acquire the elevator of Mriya Agroholding in Ternopil region, Biz.liga.net reports with reference to the AMCU statement.

“A permission is granted to Financial Company FIDEM LLC to acquire assets in the form of an integral property complex owned by Mriya Center which provides the possibility for carrying out business activities for the primary processing and storage of grain and industrial crops in Ternopil region,” the report says.

As previously reported, Kernel elevators received 4.1 million tons of agricultural products since the start of the season, 25 pct more than over the corresponding period last year.
