KSG Agro disposed of the asset in Dnipropetrovsk region

KSG Agro agricultural holding sold its asset in Dnipropetrovsk region, Goncharovo Agricultural LLC, to the companies Dnipro Agro Alliance and Buk Invest.
"In March 2019, the Group agreed to sell its 100% share in Goncharovo Agricultural LLC to a third party for cash consideration of USD 404 thousand," the report states.
According to the YouControl analytical system, now the owners of Goncharovo are the Cyprus Dnipro Agro Alliance (35%) and Buk Invest (65%). The final beneficiaries of Dnipro Agro Alliance are Evgeny and Vasily Astion and Mikhail Koshlyak, the beneficiaries of Buk Invest are Vitaly Lukashuk and Tatyana Fastovets.
