Agromino to acquire Kernel grain storage facility

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) is considering the application of the Koviahy Grain company, a subsidiary of Agromino, for the purchase of Kernel's Huty Elevator in Kharkiv region.

By the data of the YouControl analytical system, the parent company of Huty Elevator is Kernel-Trade, the ultimate beneficiary is the founder of Kernel, Andrei Verevskiy.

The storage volume of the facility is 15 000 tons.

As previously reported, VTB Bank had confirmed the information about negotiations on the purchase of Kernel's 50 per cent share in the deep-water grain export terminal in Taman.
