Neptune grain transshipment crossed 3 mln t

Cargill and MV Cargo grain terminal in the port of Pivdenny (Odesa region), Neptune, since the start of its test operation in June 2018 has transshipped 3 mln t of grain cargoes as of Jan. 19.
"The cargo turnover by the Neptune grain terminal exceeded three-million tons level. That's a great pace!" the company says in a statement.
The total storage capacity makes up 290 thou. t. The terminal's designed transshipment capacity is up to 5 mln t per year.
On Sep. 6, 2019, the grain terminal was officially commissioned.
