Dutch company's subsidiary authorized for the purchase of LDC elevator assets in Ukraine

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine authorized Theeuwes Real Estate for the acquisition of Ukrainian Elevator Company's assets.

"Theeuwes Real Estate (Kyiv) was authorized for the acquisition of assets in the form of an integral property complex consisting of movable and immovable property located at the address: Vinnytsya region, Gaisyn district, Gaisyn, Stantsionnaya street, 2, belonging to Ukrainian elevator company (Kyiv), which ensures the economic activity for storage of grain crops (warehousing) in the relevant territorial boundaries," says the document.

According to the YouControl analytical system, the ultimate beneficiary of Ukrainian Elevator Company is Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) Ukraine.

The ultimate beneficiary of Theeuwes Holding B.V. (a subsidiary of Theeuwes Holding B.V., the Netherlands), according to the YouControl data, is Theeuwes Viktor Khan Henry.

Previously reported that Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) was open to selling a large non-controlling stake to an external stakeholder. Margarita Louis-Dreyfus stressed she was in no rush and that an investor would have to strengthen the business.
