LDC disposes of asset in Zaporizhzhya region

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized AGROMARKET-A company for the acquisition of an asset of Ukrainian Elevator Company.

"AGROMARKET-A" (Dnipro) is authorized to acquire assets in the form of an integral property complex consisting of immovable and movable property located at: Zaporizhzhya region, Mykhailivskyi district, Pryshyb village, owned by Ukrainian Elevator Company (Kyiv), providing for economic activities on preprocessing and storage of grain and industrial crops (warehousing) in Zaporizhzhya region," the AMCU decision reads.

Pursuant to the YouControl analytical system, Louis Dreyfus Company Ukraine is the ultimate beneficiary of Ukrainian Elevator Company.

AGROMARKET-A, according to YouControl, is founded by the company ANTOFIN.

Previously AMCU authorized Theeuwes Real Estate for the acquisition of assets of Ukrainian Elevator Company in Vinnytsya region.
