The Cabinet of Ministers has transferred JSC State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine (SFGCU) for privatization. The State Property Fund now disposes of 100% of the Corporation's shares.

SFGCU will be restructured and prepared for transparent auctions with the involvement of private investors.

The Government also transferred JSC Bolshevik Plant (JSC First Kyiv Machine-building Plant), SJSC Bread of Ukraine and SE Artyomsol of Ukraine for large-scale privatization.

"Companies, that have been serving as a source of problems and losses for years, will get a new efficient owner, new jobs," Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk commented.

Previously reported that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine planned to discharge the Acting Chairman of SFGCU Simon Cherniavsky.
