Company owned by Verevskiy raised its shareholding in Kernel

Namsen Limited, a legal entity directly controlled by Andrey Verevskiy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kernel, acquired on 6 March 2020 a total of 70,000 shares in Kernel, the WSE reports.

Namsen Limited acquired shares at an average price of PLN 42.00 (USD 11.08) per share.

Before the acquisition, Namsen Limited held 32,833,278 shares, representing 39.07% of the share capital of the сompany.

As of 6 March 2020, Namsen Limited holds 32,903,278 shares in the company representing 39.16% of the share capital and entitling to 32,903,278 votes at the company's General Meeting of Shareholders, equal to 39.16% of the total number of votes.

Previously reported that in the first half of 2019/20, Kernel transported 1 mln t of cargo by rail by way of scheduled shipments.
