AMCU authorized company owned by Yakov Gribov for acquisition of 49.9% in ROSTOK-HOLDING

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized Samoran Investments owned by Yakov Gribov to acquire shares of ROSTOK-HOLDING.

"Samoran Investments Limited (Tortola, British Virgin Islands) is authorized for the acquisition of shares in Rostok Agroinvest Limited (Limassol, Cyprus), providing 49.9% of the votes in the company's supreme governing body," the decision reads.

The permission to purchase shares of Cyprus Rostok Agroinvest Limited and to increase the stake to 49.9% was also granted to a Ukrainian citizen, indirectly through GA Investments Limited (Belize).

"The conflict has been resolved, we control the company jointly (with Yakov Gribov – ed.)," Viktor Kupavtsev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ROSTOK-HOLDING Group, shared with Latifundist.com.

According to him, Viktor Kyianovskyi's stake reduced to 2 shares. Pursuant to the agreements reached between the shareholders, a number of agricultural enterprises of Ichnya region managing 11.3 thou. ha of farmland were transferred to Viktor Kyianovskyi.

"At present ROSTOK-HOLDING landbank is 35 thou. ha," said Viktor Kupavtsev.

Note: In October 2019, the AMCU authorized Samoran Investments Limited to acquire more than 25% of the stock in Rostok Agroinvest Limited. Rostok Agroinvest Limited controls the corporate rights of the companies, in particular, members of ROSTOK-HOLDING. At the time of concentration, the ultimate beneficial owner of the group was Viktor Kupavtsev.
