Astarta's EBITDA likely to surge to about EUR 100 mln: analysts
The annual EBITDA of Astarta-Kyiv agri-industrial holding is likely to have surged to about EUR 100 mln (vs. EUR 78 mln a year before), according to Concorde Capital estimates.
The company’s operating results imply Astarta generated about EUR 415 mln of net revenue in 2020, or 7% less yoy, investment analyst at Concorde Capital Andriy Perederey comments.
"An advance in key product prices in 4Q20 should have resulted in improved profitability of the company’s operation," he marks.
It is noted that the year 2020 was very positive for the company, despite a decline in its harvest. Thus, Concorde Capital remains positive about Astarta’s mid-term value potential.
As a reminder, Astarta increased sugar sales in 4Q 2020 by 33% to 81.18 thou. t on the prior year's comparative period (4Q 2019: 60.87 thou. t).
