LNZ Group authorized by AMCU to acquire assets in Vinnytsya region

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) approved the purchase of two agricultural enterprises in Vinnytsya region by Agricultural Society Shevchenko LLC.

Under the AMCU's decision, the relevant acquisition ensures exceeding 50% of the votes in the company's supreme governing body.

Agricultural Society Shevchenko LLC was founded by LNZ Group, and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LNZ Group Dmytro Kravchenko is its ultimate beneficiary, the YouControl analytical system's data show.

LNZ Group confirmed to Latifundist.com the relevant AMCU approval.

Previously AMCU authorised co-owner of ROSTOK-HOLDING Yakov Gribov for the acquisition the company's shareholding.
