Aleksandr Petrov accumulated 79.86% shareholding in IMC

Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased his shareholding in the company to 79.68% through his subsidiaries Agrovalley Limited and Richmarket Investments Ltd, the WSE reports.

On 24 May 2021, he purchased a total of 60 000 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 27.99 PLN (apx. USD 7.64) per share, increasing the total shareholding in IMC to 26 497 463 shares following the transaction.

The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.

Earlier the company informed about dividend payment approval by the Board of Directors.
