Astarta-Kyiv sells its agricultural company in central Ukraine

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) authorized the agricultural company Agro-Sula for the acquisition of АLLC Lyaschivka, a subsidiary of Astarta-Kyiv agri-industrial holding.

The relevant acquisition ensures exceeding 50% of the votes in the company's supreme governing body.

Astarta's Lyaschivka is located in Cherkasy region, Agro-Sula operates in Poltava region.

Under the data of the analytical system YouControl, Astarta-Kyiv and APO Tsukrovyk Poltavshchyny are the founding companies of Lyaschivka. Astarta's co-founder and CEO Viktor Ivanchyk and Irina Ivanchyk are the ultimate beneficiary owners.

Andriy Pylypchenko and Volodymyr Savenko are the ultimate beneficiary owners of Agro-Sula, under the YouControl data.

In the period 8-14 July, the market cap of Astarta-Kyiv reduced by 2.4% to USD 307 mln.
