IMC Chairman Petrov increased shareholding to 80.41%

Aleksandr Petrov, Chairman of the Board of IMC, increased his shareholding in the company to 80.41% through his subsidiaries Richmarket Investments Ltd and Agrovalley Limited, the WSE reports.
On 28 September – 1 October 2021, he purchased a total of 43 151 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 30.93 PLN (apx. USD 7.84) per share, increasing the total shareholding in IMC to 26 677 520 shares following the transaction.
The number of IMC's shares issued: 33 178 000.
In September 2021, Aleksandr Petrov purchased 46 906 shares in IMC.
The market cap of IMC in the period September 23–29 increased by 0.3% to USD 259 mln.
