Grain storage commissioned in Kirovohrad region

A 13.3 thou. t grain elevator was commissioned in central Ukraine, in Kirovohrad region. A Ukrainian elevator equipment manufacturer, LUBNYMASH, designed and constructed the facility. The company does not specify the client.

The new grain elevator is equipped with:

  • 4 silos with a combined storage capacity of 13,320 t (3,330 t each)
  • a shaft grain dryer SSh-25 with a capacity of 25 t/h of wheat (removing moisture from grain from 20 to 14%)
  • two 394-t hopper silos and one 37-t silo
  • 100 t/h transport equipment (chain conveyors and bucket elevators with a total length of 195 m and 57 m, respectively)

Previously reported that a 40 thou. t grain storage was put into operation in Vinnytsya region. The total investment in the facility is USD 10 mln.
