Zahidnyi Buh considers investment in flour, pasta production

In 2022, Zahidnyi Buh agricultural company plans to invest in a flour and pasta production facility in Zbarazh town in Ternopil region. The company does not specify the volume of investment.

In the new year, the company expects to acquire new machinery and significantly expand its grain receiving, drying, storage and shipment capacities, the statement reads.

"Our objective for the year 2022 is to maintain the same financial result we have achieved, despite rising resource prices, rents and other costs, and to expand the share of sales of non-core products and services," the management of Zahidnyi Buh comments.

Other plans include a 15% rise in wages for employees.

As a reminder, in early 2021 Zahidnyi Buh was authorized by the AMCU for the acquisition of a company in Lviv region.

Previously reported that milling wheat export from Ukraine in 2021/22 may be limited.
