Agroprosperis sells its land-holding company in central Ukraine

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has authorized a company owned by the founder of Alebor Group to acquire control over an Agroprosperis enterprise.
“Permission has been granted to LLC Breeding Farm Ukraine to acquire control over LLC Latagroinvest,” the decision dated February 5, 2026, reads.
One of the ultimate beneficial owners of Breeding Farm Ukraine is Oleksii Kustov, the founder of Alebor Group.
Latagroinvest is part of the Agroprosperis group. The company grows grain and industrial crops across 25 communities in Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions, cultivating 6,050 hectares of land.
