Education

He graduated in Economics from the European University of Finance, Information Systems, Management, and Business in 2003, where he developed a strategic understanding of trade dynamics, marking the beginning of his expertise.

Additionally, in 2012 he secured a law degree from the Odesa Law Academy, adding a legal dimension to his comprehensive skill set.

Career

Dmytro took his first step into the financial sector in 2003 by joining Pravex Bank, one of Ukraine's largest banks at that time. Here, he honed his skills in designing bespoke risk solutions for corporate clients and multinational corporations. His ability to balance revenue, liabilities, and risk management laid a solid foundation for his future endeavours and growth.

In 2007, Dmytro's career path led him to Ukrsibbank, where his financial expertise deepened. It was during this period that Dmytro expanded his focus to include the maritime transport sector and grain cargo trading, experiences that fostered global affiliations and deepened his understanding of international trade organizations.

From 2015, Dmytro concentrated on grain cargo exports and maritime transport, carving out a niche where he delivered unparalleled services through a combination of financial finesse, strategic networking, and a profound understanding of global trade dynamics.

In 2018, Dmytro leveraged his unique expertise and experience to launch his own business. Alongside his longtime partner Andrii Vetriak, they founded Qortia AG, a trading company.

For six years, under the successful management of Dmytro at Qortia AG, the company has been connecting global food enterprises with consumers, focusing on the procurement and worldwide supply of grain, livestock feed, and oil crops from Ukraine. Additionally, the company provides transportation and forwarding services, offering its clients the most successful solutions for forming an optimal supply chain.

Dmytro is a devoted father, actively involved in nurturing his two children with his wife.
