Accusations of law enforcement agencies of the tax evasion by Astarta-Kiev — are groundless.

This was stated by the CEO and founder of Astarta-Kiev Viktor Ivanchik during the meeting of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko with representatives of business.

Ivanchik stressed that the company works in full compliance with the requirements of the legislation and transparency principles.

According to the message, many participants of the meeting expressed support for the company. They noted that this case should be indicative for the beginning of radical changes in the means that the authorities use in interaction with business.

"This solidary position of businessmen-participants of the event testifies to the prevalence of the problem of unreasonable power interference in the activities of a responsible business," the message says.

Currently, the company conducts an active dialogue with the General Prosecutor's Office.

Astarta-Kiev expresses confidence in the objectivity of the conclusions and constructive actions on the part of the controlling bodies.

Let us remind, that on September 6, a search was carried out in the main office of the company Astarta-Kiev with the participation of armed law enforcers.
