UkrLandFarming reduced landbank by 5.8%

UkrLandFarming, one of the biggest agroholdings in Ukraine, reduced its landbank by 5.8% to 570 thou. ha.

In the interview for Interfax-Ukraine Oleg Bakhmatyuk, owner of UkrLandFarming (ULF) and Avangardco, informs that the landbank reduces in natural and unnatural ways.

"We objectively refuse some land plots, while others are in a tough competition. This is a leasing market, not a land market. I have 220 thou. contracts and 500 people who work with them every day. The rent recently increased 2.5 times on average in Ukraine", says Oleg Bakhmatyuk.
