UkrLandFarming recognized as a socially responsible investor

Silskiy Revizor awarded the title of "Socially responsible investor" to Velykofosnyanske enterprise, which is a structural division of the agricultural holding UkrLandFarmingThe Village of the Year 2018 awarding ceremony took place on June 16 in the village of Denechovka in Kyiv region.

"Ukraine is primarily an agrarian country, its present and future are closely connected with agriculture. The active participation of the vertically integrated agroholding UkrLandFarming in providing jobs to the villagers, creating attractive living conditions for young people, including our various assistance to pre-school children's institutions and schools (from constructional materials to ensuring summer recreation of schoolchildren) is one of the main tasks of each head of UkrLandFarming regional clusters. And we never stop. For example, in our nearest plans is the participation UkrLandFarming in the repair and equipping the children's department of the Ovruch regional hospital. The total amount of investments is more than UAH 200 thou.," Volodymyr Levkivsky, the Head of Polissya cluster of UkrLandFarming, commented the award.

Silskiy Revizor team assessed the social work of the enterprise during the inspection of Velyka Fosnya village in Zhytomyr region. The social control team visited Velykofosnyanska farm and the PORTTRANSBUD elevator, which is located on the territory of the community.

According to Volodymyr Levkivsky, about 80% of the budget of villages in Ovruch district is taxes from UkrLandFarming farms. In addition, the agricultural holding created about 700 jobs in the villages of the region.

UkrLandFarming also cares about the improvement of villages that are in its care. The company helps schools, kindergartens, hospitals, cultural centres in the villages, provides support to disadvantaged families.

By the results of Silskiy Revizor competition, Velyka Fosnya won in the nomination "Historical Village of the Year 2018".
