Astarta-Kyiv puts three elevators into operation in Poltava region

The agri-industrial holding Astarta-Kyiv in July 2018 will put into operation three elevators in Poltava region, namely Yareskovsky (100 thou. tons capacity), Lutovinovsky (100 thou. tons) and Skorokhodovsky (30 thou. tons).

The elevators will accept new crop grain. To date, their capacity allows the company to meet the needs of both Astarta's agrofirms and local partners.

There are two grain acceptance lines at the Lutovinovsky and Yareskovsky elevators, each with a capacity of 150 tons per hour. The same productivity line is at the Skorokhodovsky elevator. All enterprises are equipped with an automated control system, equipment of the world's top manufacturers and have the infrastructure for shipping grain to rail and road transport.

The launch of new elevators has become the next stage of the investment program Grain of Astarta, within which the company creates an elevator complex with a total storage capacity of more than 500 thou. tons since 2015. Investments in the construction of elevators amounted to about EUR 32 million.

As of today, the Grain of Astarta program is about 70% fulfilled. These are 5 modern elevators in Poltava, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsky regions. The company is working on further projects to increase elevator capacity.
