Egg exports from Ukraine in Jan-Aug boosted 30%

Ukraine in January-August 2018 exported 66.5 thou. tons of eggs for the amount of USD 57.75 million, which is 14.6 thou. tons more than over the corresponding period in 2017.

According to the data of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the key importers in the reporting period are as follows:

• the U.A.E. — 26.31 thou. tons (USD 17.59 million);
• Iraq — 14.38 thou. tons (USD 4.59 million);
• Qatar — 6.38 thou. tons (USD 3.07 million).

Reference: the Ukrainian agrarian exports revenue amounted to USD 8.6 billion in January-June 2018.
