In Ukraine eggs went down in price by 15% in January-September 2017

Since the beginning of 2017 in Ukraine prices for eggs have decreased by 15% (3 UAH). This was announced by the CEO of the Ukrainian Association of Trade Network Suppliers Alexei Doroshenko on his Facebook page.

Since the beginning of Y2017, the price of eggs has dropped to 17.9 UAH per dozen.

Almost all social food products have risen in price.

He noted that the data of the State Statistics Service indicate that over the past 8 months there has been a rapid rise in price of meat. Pork has risen in price by 43% (31.5 UAH), beef — by 24% (21.7 UAH), and chicken — 31% (13 UAH).
